Price psf for the New Futura has risen to a record $4,645
New Futura’s May 5 sale of a 2,691 sq ft, four-bedroom for $12.5 million, or $4,645 psf, set a new psf-price high among condominiums between April 30 and May 5. The previous record was $4,630 psf, achieved in May 2018 when a 7,836-square-foot penthouse sold for $36.3 million.
City Developments’ 2017 premium condo development, New Futura, can be found along Leonie Hill Road. Its dual 36-story buildings are home to 124 apartments. There are some two-bedroom apartments that are 1,098 square feet in size, and others that are 2,691 square feet in size, both of which have double-volume ceilings. Each tower’s penthouse is a whopping 7,836 square feet in size.
The developer at Hyll on Holland sold a 1,055-square-foot, three-bedroom plus study property on May 1 for $3.23 million, or $3,059 per square foot (psf). The sale price of $1.73 million for a 570-square-foot apartment on 29 March was the previous record-holder for price per square foot in the area.
Far East Consortium International and Koh Brothers Group created the freehold community of Tembusu Grand and Tembusu Grand Showflat. There are 319 apartments in the complex’s six 12-story buildings; they range in size from 570 to 1,055 square feet and have two or three bedrooms. According to the caveats submitted, 297 (93%) of the apartments have been sold since the project’s introduction in October 2020, at an average price of $2,630 psf.
Holland Road is a desirable location in District 10, where Hyll on Holland may be found. The Holland Village collection of stores and restaurants, including Raffles Holland V and Holland Road Shopping Centre on Holland Avenue, can be reached in under four minutes by car. The timeline for completion of the project is 2025.
The Landmark in Outram is another development with record-breaking psf pricing. On April 30th, the builder made a sale of a 495-square-foot, one-bedroom condo on the 30th floor for a price of $1.41 million ($2,856 psf). After another 495 sq ft apartment sold for $1.41 million ($2,847 psf) on January 8, this price surpassed the previous high of $3,837 psf set on that day.
